JOB DESCRIPTION

The Wealth Management Administrative Assistant will report to the Managing Partners and Client Service Director and will be exposed to a variety of aspects within the firm. This team member will assist the managing partners and directors in gathering and organizing client information and assist in any other needs and projects within the firm.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather and organize client information
  • Assist in maintaining calendars and client appointments
  • Maintaining office space, supplies, etc.
  • Assist in client appreciation tasks & projects
  • Prepare reports for client appointments
  • Perform other related duties and assignments, as delegated.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • High School diploma
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Works well in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to manage deadlines

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

  • 20-25 hours/week
  • Somewhat flexible schedule
  • Pay is TBD
